Never chipped my dog!!

Do not care about our pets, anymore!! Been going here over 20 years, had my new puppy spayed and chipped to find out they did not place the chip in her correctly and it was not even inside of her. When I asked them to scan her, no chip, they never said they were sorry, just said let us re do it, I said it's a very big deal, if she would have gotten out and I thought she was chipped and because of your error she was not. They said they could re-do another chip for free, FREE, I already paid for it, asked for a refund and was told no. I talked with the vet, no sympathy. Left in tears because they don't care that they chipped her wrong, Will never go here again.

Great Vet Hospital!! I take my 2 dogs there and they are always kind and compassionate to us. I have an english bulldog and a teacup yorkie. They're great with both big & small!! My dogs are even still excited when we get there whereas they were terrified to show up in the parking lot of the other vet's office!

We took our Korat cat here for...

We took our Korat cat here for a free initial exam - they have a coupon on their website for first time customers. Had no problems with this visit other than feeling a little rushed and didn't feel they did a complete head to toe exam due to having a free coupon.

Then last night, our beautiful Calico cat was obviously in severe pain. She growled at me several times when I tried to pick her up, was lethargic and hadn't moved all day to eat or use the litter box. We came into Ann Road Animal Hospital and saw Dr. Leslie Stewart expecting some kind of compassion for our cat. Knowing it may cost quite a bit to treat her, do labs x-rays or whatever they recommended, I asked upfront if they would make payment arrangements if the treatment was out of my ability to pay in full, and they said, "NO, absolutely not. We don't make financial arrangements under any circumstances." I then asked the doctor, "so I am supposed to just let my cat die and not get her treated if I am not able to pay in full today?" I just got a 'deer in the headlights' look from Dr. Stewart and she just said "i'm sorry." Shame on you Dr. Stewart! I thought you took a Veterinarians Oath! Stay away from here. They don't care about you or saving your animal unless they are going to make a huge profit. Needless to say, I took her to Craig Road Animal Hospital immediately after this ordeal where they found an abscess and needed to operate right away to save her life. Thankfully, another vet actually cared about my furry family member and was willing to work with us financially.

They care about your Money not about your Pets.

I went into Ann Road Animal Hospital to get my dog her free checkup after adopting her. I was told no appointment walk in whatever. So I walked in I filled out my paperwork and my dog was so hyper that someone even let me hop in front of the line. I put in my paperwork and watched as they had 5 other people come in who immediately got rooms as my dog and I waited. These people are simply here for the cash and they don't care about you at all.

please read this before you bring your pet here.

I DO NOT recommend this location at all.

A.R.A.H is a sister division of a few local vet clinic's & from my experience, they're all great except for this one. The staff is inexperienced, air headed & snippy. I've taken all 3 of my family pets here & each time was misinformed about costs for services. Not one person in this facility cares about bedside manner or is remotely capable of communicating effectively. I lived 2 minutes away, so they were convenient for minor pet issues (I would NEVER go here for anything life threatening or intricate). The final decision factor to not ever go here again was when they over injected our cat with the rabies vaccine. You would lose your mind if i explained in detail the events that followed the over injection. The endless costs, the staff's inability to return a phone call, & how i'm stuck dealing with credit card disputes & have been doing so since November should be enough of a forewarning to anyone who is doing their due diligence & reading this.

Immediate attention to my dog

My dog had got out and was injured before I found him. He had blood around his mouth, broken teeth and what appeared to be bone showing. I rushed him to Ann Road Animal Hospital, and they took him back right away and assessed him. He had to have emergency oral surgery due to the broken teeth and what was exposed jaw bone. I got him back the next day, and he seemed very comfortable and didn't look too bad for all he had been through. I am happy to report he is back to normal, and I am very grateful to Ann Road. Thanks guys.

My Experience with Ann Road Animal Hospital

I live two blocks from the Ann Road Animal Hospital. Let me first start off by saying, i went there out of pure convenience, and had no opinion on the place, positive or negative, before using their services. On Thursday, at 6:00 PM, my wife and myself took our two dogs and our cat there for their vaccinations. We were told at time of vaccination, and i quote, "Watch them for a few days, if you see vomiting, diarrhea, or strange behavior, give us a call." Our cat Mamba, who is 8 months old, had never been previously vaccinated. She tested negative for both FIV, and feline leukemia. She also received all her standard vaccinations.Fast forward to Friday (the next day) at 8:10 PM, 26 hours after we were told to "watch for a few days, and call immediately if something is wrong." Mamba is simply not being herself, and hiding in unusual places, not in her usual places, and not eating. We call the Vet, and are told to check her gums. We were also instructed to take her temperature

Best Vet In North Las Vegas

When my dachshunds Lucy went to have her bladder stones removed I made the mistake by taking her to another vet. After a few days her stitches broke open at home and he entire intestines fell out of he belly. I immediately rushed her to Ann Road Animal Hospital where they responded to my emergency like a well trained emergency trauma unit.Within seconds they had her under medication for pain and started emergency procedures to save her life. Everyone knew what to do as Dr Bullard instructed his team and everyone stopped what they were doing to help save my Lucy's life. No one was emotion, inexperienced or out of control but me. I was sure Lucy was near death and in unbeiveable pain. They took control of the situation and save my dogs life. I owe them much gratitude for their professionalism and expertise. You.
