Agency Insurance

The woman who usually answers the phone has hung up on me God knows how many times when I request the agent I need. I closed my business and was due back a refund. Had to call corporate time and time again about it, requesting the refund from multiple people, with so many excuses about who would have the funds for my refund. Finally got it about two months after my initial call, from this office, which is where my journey first started.

The workers are very nice and friendly plus I got quoted a better rate than what I was paying for my old car insurance.
