My father told me about this place because my husband and I are doing a patio with pavers in our back yard and we wanted to go somewhere local. I walked in with my 1 year old on my hip and the woman at the desk was on a personal phone call, she looked up then kept talking. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and started poking around, but there is only a tiny display outside of pavers so there wasn't much to look at. I went back in thinking she probably wrapped up her phone call being there was a customer there, and she was still gossiping to her friend. Not only did she not acknowledge me for about 15 minutes of waiting around a guy walked in and out, with his head down and did the same.
I don't know why this is becoming more and more common to not say hello, but the golden rule is still golden in my book, whether someone is a potential customer or not, be nice, say hello and set an expectation. They are unprofessional, not friendly and I will never go back there.
