Disgusting!! Today my husband went to pick up birthday cake on order placed on Tuesday, Saturday today, husband went to pick up cake and was told they could not prepare cake because of copyright infringement etc...I can understand the situation however, but ,where was the phone call or message prior to day of the party to let us know?? There was no call or message left. Today's party will be without a cake, allow me to thank bilo bakery on edgefield road north Augusta for your notifications on the day of party. I will tell Facebook friends and many I know how your customer service is non existent and dreadful. who waits until day of someone's birthday to notify them the cake could not be done??!!! Lucky I did not get wedding cake or there would be a problem!
