Southside Chem-Dry

I had a wonderful experience with Southside ChemDry. Heather was very respectful and helpful on the phone. The techs were very nice and most of all professional. Tyler managed to get a eye sore stain out of my carpetthat has been there for about 3 years. I will make sure to let everyone i know that Southside Chem-Dry are the only ones to clean my carpets.

What impressed me with Soutside ChemDry was the responsiveness to my need for next-day service. Also, the one-man crew took much care with my furnishings and my floors. He was patient when I found more chairs to clean in the house and struck a good bargain. I would use them again when needed.

The gentlemen called that they were on their way and arrived early! Terry and Tyler explained the procedure to me before they started any work, and answered all my questions. We have used Southside ChemDry ever since we bought our home 8 years ago. We have been very pleased with their services. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. Our friends and family are always amazed how well our carpets look after living here for 8 years.

My husband bought me a new puppy last month and with a new dog came potty training the animal. I began to freak when she peed on my new carpet, being 5 month pregnant all I can focus on was the smell. I gave Southside Chemdry a call. They promptly sent a technician to my home. The tech explained the procedure to me. I could not believe it the smell was gone like it never happened. The tech knew his materials. He was friendly and polite. Southside ChemDry was amazing. I have two teenage children and a toddler and my furniture was destroyed with soda and juice stains. My furniture was only a year old and looked as if it was about ten years old. The technician was very friendly and did an amazing job. He got my furniture looking back like it did when we first purchased it. I will continue to use ChemDry and only ChemDry for my carpet and upholstery needs!! -Shauna

I used Southside chem dry for the first time last week to clean my entire house. I have 3 young children in my house and didn?t think it was possible to clean up some of the stains they left behind but I was extremely impressed at the outcome. Not only did all of the stains (markers, make up, nail polish) disappear but it didn't cost me as much as others charged in the past. Now that I know what a great deal and excellent service I can get, I will get my carpets cleaned more often. I tried Southside Chem -Dry for the first time today. The tech was right on time and he was very polite and courteous. He did a terrific job, even on some heavy traffic areas that now look spotless. Plus it cost me less than other carpet cleaners who didn't do nearly as good a job. I'll be a loyal customer from now on.

I was extremely happy with Southside Chem Dry's services. I have very light-colored furniture and area rug that had a lot of stains and spills. I didn't think anyone would be able to get those pieces clean, but Southside left them in fantastic condition! The stains and spots were gone. I couldn't believe it. I was very impressed talking to the owner about the process ChemDry uses. The technician was able to come out the next day, called to let me know he was on his way to my house. He carefully wiped off any overspray on the baseboard. I had very dirty traffic areas so they took longer to dry (about 4 hours), but that is much shorter time than my last cleaning from another company that took 24 hours to dry - with fans! I already scheduled another cleaning in 6 months. I highly recommend this company. Mike R
