        Steve's Spa Service, Inc. specializes in repairs of all major brand hot tubs. We service Western New York area Including Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Batavia and Rochester NY Area. We carry a complete line of replacement parts. Is your spa making a funny noise, not heating or simply have the blues? With over 15 years of technical experience in the mountains, please allow Steve's Spa Service to take a look at your spa. It is our duty to keep your investment healthy and running like a champ. It seems silly that you would need a hot tub technician who has experience in the Buffalo Metro Area, but please allow me explain& the majority of the service calls we get are related to issues caused by the extreme climate change that the metro region experiences throughout the year. The plumbing expands, the shell contracts, the fittings rupture, the wood skirt is moldy and occasionally there's a small rodent that has made its way into the hot tub cabinet to make a nice warm home for the cold season. So, you see & to properly diagnose your hot tub issue, it is impeditive to understand the environment and the climate it's located in.

        Waited weeks for an appointment then he cancelled, said he had to make dinner. Never called to reschedule after several attempts to reach him ... Don't bother !

        What a joke. Blew 4 appointments in a row to fix tub. Found out repairs done a year ago were with cheap parts that don't last.
