George's Small Engine Repair

George fixed the starter pull cord and replaced the carburetor on our Ariens snow blower a year ago. This past weekend, the pull cord frayed again, and George said to see if we could detach the starter assembly to bring to him. We were able to separate the starter — it is held in place with four bolts — and we brought it to him, and he replaced the starter cord for us at no charge.

George was terrific! Easy to work with....turns out we knew some of the same people. Had a few laughs, shared a few stories---when I returned two days later, we shared a few more stories and had a brand new fully functional carburator for my lawnmower, which again works like a charm. George is about as honest you can get when it comes to business. I dropped off my old Ariens snowblower knowing it was in rough shape. He could tell it had big issues but was going to give it shot. After he tore into the machine he knew it was helpless. He called me and informed me it was not worth fixing, but he gave me a sweet deal on a newly rebuilt machine that he fixed at the end of last winter. It runs better than my old one than when it was new. I highly recommend George's small engine repair.

George is one of the most honest people we have met. We recently brought a snowblower over to George that my Aunt had given us since her husband passed away. George took the time to take it apart and showed us why it would be better for us to buy a new one than spend a lot of money trying to bring it back to working condition. He also took the time to talk to us about which motors and brands were better than others. I would highly recommend George based on highly knowledgeable he is.

My snow blower broke last Saturday (Feb. 9, 2013). I searched on the internet and found George's Small Engine Repair. I called George and arranged to have him pick it up on Friday, Feb. 15. He picked it up, repaired it and returned it the same day. I would recommend George to anyone!

I had a snow blower which I have not used for 2-3 years, I called George and he came and pick it up the same day and returned in two days! he is a great guy, very knowledgable and very fair in price. Overall, I highly recommend him. He also fixed my lawn mower with a very reasonable price.

I was in serious need of a snowblower tuneup and decided to give George a call. His lawnmower reviews were all excellent but the ad and reviews made no mention of snowblowers. Well, George does indeed fix snowblowers! He picked up my machine, completed a complete tuneup and delivered it back to me on a Sunday! I tried starting my lawn mower on Saturday afternoon, but it didn't work at all even if it has the new starter and the new filter. I called several repair shops, but most of them except George's closed on Sunday. He arrived at my location right away. He is very punctual. Also, he is reliable, kind, and responsible. Above all, his work is great. He even brought an old part with him to explain to me. His price is reasonable, too.

My mower is like a new and runs very smoothly. I highly recommend him.

I will go there again if I have anything wrong with small engines like a lawn mower.

Great service and quick turnaround!!

My mower started making a clunking sound and I called George up after looking at the reviews on this site. I brought in my mower and a few hours later he called back and said it was all set. He fixed the problem and did a complete tune up for me and the mower looks brand new. Thank you George.

i called geaorge for engine repair on my lawnmower on a sunday night. he was closed at the time, but he still called me back and even picked up my lawnmower at 9:30. did i mention it was pouring rain out???? george went out o f his way and had my lawnmower back to me by 1:00 the next day! you dont see service like that every day!!!
