Rizzo Pools

Worst customer service ever! Most phone calls do not get a reply. They do not show up when they say they will. I will right up a detailed review when I have more time. Very dissatisfied, and will not return as a customer.

I have been down to the new Rizzo Pool's on the Berlin Turnpike several times over the last year, and I'm overall very impressed.



The first time I went the staff showed me that I was using the wrong chemicals for my pool! They set me up with the correct ones and it was cheaper then what I had bought from another store!



Now I don't go anywhere else. Ryan at the front desk knows me by name now, and I don't even have to ask for what I need anymore!



Ryan also got me into darts, who knew that the pool store had darts? Im an addict now though. I joined the dart league in town and got a discount on the sick Alien board and a set of top-end darts (saved a pretty penny).

I have been very satisfied with Rizzo Pool. They constructed our in-ground pool 30 years ago before we bought the house and the pool has held up well. For a period of time it was in disrepair due to our hiring a cheaper maintenance company and we ultimately found that was penny-wise and pound-foolish. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. They have made mistakes at times but always go out of their way to correct them.

Rizzo Pools service department is top notch. i have used them for the past year after switching from another service company. Their technicians always show up on time, work efficiently and professionally. We contracted rizzo to install our winter safety cover after receiving bids from multiple companies. Their pricing iscompetitive and i would recommend anyone looking for pool service to call them.

Albert Rizzo is the most dishonest person I have ever had to deal with.
