Above all, stay away and find another cleaner. The one star is for the employees, which were very friendly even though they ruined my clothes. The owner, on the other hand, doesn't even deserve one star. He is the nasty, older bald man and yes, he is just as miserable as he looks. First, I was mischarged by almost $20. Next, two of my items of that order were stained and damaged. Finally, one of the items was STAPLED to the hanger/receipt. His excuse? "We're not responsible for damages and I already lost you as a customer so you're not getting a refund." After being blamed by the owner for his mistakes and persisting with my argument, he finally agreed to refund me for one blouse and one dress. However, this nasty man even discounted my refund.
