Division of Sanitation

I live on Polk St. In Newark and I have watch the same two guys pick up our garbage and throw our garbage can up and down our street. They have crack garbage cans hit people's cars with garbage cans. I have ask them to stop that because it cost money to buy trash cans and repair the dent to cars. Going forward I will record their actions and ban together with my neighbors to take action with the courts to be paid for the damaged they are causing. There is no need to damage property because they don't like their job!!!
