Too many people in and out of the room chit chatting.. a lady I believe by the name Maelin walked in as after my cleaning while I was waiting for the DR with my dental assistant and told him she needed the room for another patient and kept going back and forth with him as I’m laying there…..basically insinuating we need to leave the room for her patient… Super unprofessional definitely something that shouldn’t be said in front of a patient especially in her tone of voice and going back and forth with the hygienist all while I’m laying on the bed! Made me feel as if I was less important than “her patient” that she so badly needed to put in there. They can wait the same way I did. Keep the gossiping in your break room, not for patients to hear. Your patient isn’t any more important than another patient. My hygienist and assistant were wonderful though 5 stars for them.

Love my location in Scranton PA staff is super sweet so attentive to their work.

Clean practice, friendly staff, follows the covid guidelines would recommend

Some of the staff were sweet and genuine. They made me feel welcomed and were quick to take me in to cleaning. While others need to be a bit on the professional side. I don’t think that counting the severity of the teeth is funny at all. If anything I felt criticized throughout the cleaning process. The doctor however was more than sweet and respectful. Some of the staff need to consider each patients lifestyle during this pandemic. Unfortunately for some, this pandemic has drastically changed their lives and instead of laughing, they should more than make the patient as comfortable as possible. Other than that, I’d give it 4 stars.

My son has been terrified from previous dentist However ChildSmiles is the first & only place where he looks forward to his visits. The staff there are AWESOMELY Warm & kid friendly. The fact that they work well with children & most aren't even mom's yet is a PLUS for me. They are passionate, make the kids feel comfortable with laughs & have Tv to look up at during work. They also use Chocolate smelling gas to relax them. My son brings them DVD movies he doesn't watch anymore for the waiting room area. I Have recommended ChildSmiles 😁 to a few parents who now are their Patients. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRLS👍

Best team of pediatric Dentists I have ever been too. Super caring and kind staff very sensitive with kids/parents who have anxiety at the dentist!!!!
