Sports Medicine At Chelsea

I can't describe how frustrated and disappointed I have been with my experience at Sports Medicine at Chelsea. I not only feel like I wasted a lot of time and money getting very bad treatment but I also think the staff is more interested in making money vs actually helping a patient get better. I am now in another physical therapy office getting excellent service and treatment. I wish I hadn't ever stepped foot in Sports Medicine at Chelsea. Avoid this place!!! The therapist *(Tom) sits and types notes on his computer every session for nearly half the allotted time. I don't even think he knew my name or cared whether or not I was improving each visit. While he could have more actively tried new exercises and adjustments with me, he treated each visit like it was the first time. Complete waste of time and money. They will overbill the insurance company and send you a huge bill. Do yourself a favor... check around, as you will find a much better physical therapy place in the city.
