General Info: Headquartered in New York City, Seedco, also known as Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation is a national community development intermediary that creates opportunities for low-wage workers and their families. Founded in 1987, it provides financial assistance through its sister company, Seedco Financial Services, a national community development financial institution that provides low-cost financing for community-based organizations undertaking development activities. The company offers a wide variety of services, such as work force development, asset building, financing and providing human resources and business operations assistance. It has offices at various locations, including Atlanta, Alabama, Baltimore, Buffalo, N.Y., Memphis, Tenn., New Orleans and New York City.
