i.e., A local favI brought 3 hand towels from them on January 2011 online at a high price of $65 apiece. When the shipment arrived I was dissatisfied with the quality as compared to the towels I had purchased from them in the past. I went to the store with one of the towels that they kept for evaluation. I did not hear from them for weeks. When I contacted them again they maintained that there is nothing wrong with the quality.
