I shop here almost daily. The employees are all super nice, and there is such a great selection of organic products! There is nothing like it anywhere else nearby.

I work at this Business, What was the item called that was marked incorrectly?

2) now I don't know why there was gum in your salad but lucky for me I don't do that part of my job.

A product I bought was marked a certain price but rung up a different price and I told the cashier that and she said that it doesn't matter I have to pay for the price that scanned and I told her ok but it's marked a different price, I didn't price it and I know the others were marked the same price as well then she told her co worker and he went to check and I heard him tell another employee in the back that the items were marked wrong and then he brought me the another flavor of the same brand and told me look it's this price, yeah right. I work in a supermarket and if an item is marked wronged then the customer gets it for that price anyway it's not their fault. They need to learn this. Never coming back here again.

Let me start by saying I thought this was the best place ever. And it probably is if you want to get your organic products somewhere in the heights. They have almost anything imaginable. On the other hand i don't even know how to say this so ill explain what happened to me. I am a regular customer and have bought their wings, fries, salad among other things. Today i bought my regular salad. Mixed greens with tomatoes, feta cheese, mushrooms and chick peas. As i am eating i felt something weird in my mouth and when i spit it out it was a piece of dried hard gum. I could not have been more disgusted in my life. Of course i went back and they offered another salad but I just wanted my money back. In the midst of the staff talking among themselves, one of their employees looked straight at me and said "you were the one that put it there". I could not have been more furious. Needless to say I got my money back, but his response was just uncalled for. I work in retail and in a school and i would never speak to a customer/client like that. Even if i thought the customer had anything to do with it. If i go there i will go for prepackaged food...chips, soda, juice etc. I work around that area and this is not a place i would go to buy food.

Love this place! They have organic produce, snacks, and products. You can even sit and eat there. I enjoy the friendly staff the really cool snack selection . Will be a regular customer.

Best store around Washington heights. They have everything you need including gourmet and organic selections of veggies and snacks. I really dig the friendly staff and a mix of different cultures working there.
