F You LOVE YOUR DOG DO NOT TAKE IT to the GROOMERY!!!! We took Charlie our English Cocker to the Columbus Ave (UWS) Groomery for a cut and the groomer SHANDRY BURNED and CUT large areas of HER SKIN with the clippers so DEEPLY that she WAS BLEEDING when we picked her up!!!

We complained to YINETTE the store Manager (especially because the time before SHANDRY had done a nice cut but before we checked the bill CHARGED US FOR TWO EXTRA SERVICES WE DIDN'T ASK FOR!) and she had us send PICTURES of the BLEEDING AREAS on Charlie's back to the PETSMART HEAD OFFICE. A Person from the PETSMART LEGAL Team called us and discussed the situation and the pictures and gave us the impression - without saying so directly - that because SHANDRY had PHYSICALLY ABUSED Charlie (who was literally CUT & BLEEDING), Shandry would at least be FIRED so she would NOT HURT ANYONE ELSE's DOG! but we just called the Groomery to have Charlie get a cut by another groomer and found out that SHANDRY IS StiLL WORKING THERE and YINETTE the store Manager gave us no excuse or reason - so if you bring your dog there, it may end up physically HURT! BE CAREFUL!
