NYC Tire and Auto Care

So my luck wasn’t doing so good, I had tons of car troubles and no idea what I was going to do. But then my luck turned up once I found NYC Tires and Auto Care. They did a full inspection of my car, really listened to my concerns and were able to fix everything I needed, and in only four hours! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed!

Unfortunately I know nothing about cars, I mean zero. So I had no idea what the problem was when smoke started billowing out of my hood while driving down the highway. I stopped the car and called my daughter’s husband, I seriously thought the car was going to explode or catch on fire or something. He called NYC to come tow me...they were really nice and were able to put some water in the car. Apparently it could have gotten a lot worse, so good thing I stopped.

So I got a hole in my tire right in the middle of rush hour, I couldn’t believe it. I googled this place on my phone and they told me that they would tow me, I didn’t even have to call AAA. Thirty minutes later I was already back on my way home. Thanks guys

i was very happy with the service i received at nyc tire & auto care. my car was towed to the shop and fairly quickly the mechanics diagnosed the problem and had me on my way! the price was not high in comparison to other garages i have used in the past.

Before coming to NYC Tire and Auto Care my car was consuming almost a quart of oil every 1,500 miles. Needless to say, I was really worried about what it could be. As a woman who really isn’t interested in cars, and don’t care to know more, I’ve definitely been taken advantage of by other mechanics in the past, costing me lots of $$. NYC Tire and Auto Care has not only fixed the oil problem, but they explained the issues in a way that I got more interested in my car. The repairs were also really inexpensive compared to a lot of other places (places that ripped me off, I’m sure). From now on this is my main auto shop

I service all of my cars at NYC Tire and Autocare and have never had a problem. All of the guys that work there are very responsible, professional, fast and do great work. And what’s best is they do it all for a great price. Who could ask for more?

My day started terrible. My car was overheating, I thought I was going to have to wait hours for AAA. And it was pouring rain! It turns out that I was right next to NYC Tire and Auto Care. I couldn’t have broken down in a better spot. They were very reasonable with their pricing, and even had free wifi and coffee while I waited. Two hours later I left happy! Unexpected, to say the least

I was desperate! They told me that there was a problem with the fuel pump and I had no idea how it was going to cost me to fix it. I was thankfully in luck and it turned out they were friendly and honest. They explained that it was going to be an easy fix and I could pick my car up in two days. Thanks a lot to the guys at tires and auto care NYC

I’ve recommended this place to my whole family and no one has ever complained. They even send coupons that I’ve been using for the last 3 years, NYC tire and auto care has the best prices ever. Thx guys, especially Mike, for all your help!

My vehicle was overheating and they fixed the problem in about an hour! I was so happy with the service, I will definitely be recommending this place. Tim answered all my questions and was friendly to boot. If you have problems with your vehicle, go to NYC tire and auto care.

My car broke down and AAA brought me here, thank goodness. They were quick and friendly. They even had Wi-Fi in the waiting room that I could use on my phone while waiting for my car to be done, and they had coffee and TV to watch. Hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever been while waiting for my car. Great service.

I needed new tires on my car, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I checked NYC tire and auto care and they had great prices! The best service and my car was ready the next day. I would recommended this place to anyone who needs repairs or new tires. I will definitely be back

I dropped my car off at 9:30am today for an oil change, they told me it would take about 2 hours to finish. I came back about 15 min early and saw my car sitting outside, I was about to get angry because I thought they hadn’t even started, but when I asked the man behind the desk he told me it was done in record time. Thanks NYC tire and auto care!

I brought my car to NYC tire and auto care for a wheel alignment. I’ve been bringing it here for a long time and their service is always great. I love how they check my car and make suggestions on service, since I’m not so great on keeping up with maintenance on my own. They’ve always done a great job – I recommend them to all my friends. I will definitely continue to use NYC tire and auto care, by far my favorite repair facility. RECOMMENDED

I happened upon this place by accident one day and was so glad that I did! The customer service is awesome here, they followed through on everything, even on pickup (usually places keep my car way longer than they initially quote). Mike called me with a repair suggestion which I actually already knew about, but hadn’t told them. I just trusted the way they handled everything, so I ended up letting them fix more than I originally planned. Great price and excellent customer service. I will definitely go back to NYC tire and auto care!

i was in NYC visiting while the car i was using broke down. I called AAA and was picked up by NYC tire and auto care. I felt that the guys there were reliable and knowledgeable. They had me up and running within a very short time for not a lot of money. I am really grateful for the hard work they did to get me on my way!

My vehicle broke down in Manhattan. I waited less than an hour for a tow truck. The driver was pleasant and recommended a mechanic shop. I arrived at a goodyear facility. The office staff was very friendly. Tim, the manager was helpful and patient with me.. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all for me. The advisor, Godfrey was very knowledgable and friendly. I needed to replace my alternator and I was given a fair estimate and time frame for the service. My vehicle was ready that afternoon. They even offered a free oil change the next time I came in!!! I would definitely recommend these guys. Im happy I found a mechanic shop in Manhattan that I can use reguarly. Absolute scammers. Had my car towed by this company via AAA and they tried to overcharge me on tolls. When questioned about the dollar amount of tolls I was subjected to a temper tantrum by the driver and subsequently cursed at by the "manager" over the drivers cell phone as he threatened to steal my car and take it back to their location after it was already sent 60 miles to my mechanic.



When we eventually came to an agreement on what I would pay the driver told me that they take visa and mastercard. When he called his "manager" back on the phone to process my card the obscenity-filled tirade started once again while he insisted I pay CASH. It should be noted that AAA told me that they are required to accept credit cards AND this company's own website says that they accept credit cards.



If not for the intervention by AAA I have no doubt I would have had to get the police involved with this disgustingly unprofessional company.



Aside from all of this the driver felt the need to eat his fork and knife lunch, text, rummage through his bags and smoke all while driving and constantly swerving into other lanes.

Nyc tire and Auto Care are the best service providers in manhattan.I boke down in manhattan on the WestSide Hwy. Within 20 minutes I had a professional tow truck driver come and bring me back to this shop. I had 2 flat tires and since the shop is a Goodyear Auto CareCenter, I was able to purchase new tires right away and get back on the road the same day. Everyone was very friendly and helful. I will definetly recommend this place to everyone.
