        DOHMH Has Bureaus - Where Are They?

        Information about the location is inadequate regarding the street address, building floor, and room number for bureaus within the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. There are numerous phone numbers, fax numbers, and web pages that don't provide a physical location.
