NO STARS..They only got one, cuz I couldn't post it unless I gave them atleast one. MotherNature.com is the worst site I have ever been on. I have e-mailed 4-5 times and have not recieved an answer. I have tried to call and they say the machine is full and can't take any more messages. I placed an order the first part of November,2011, for some tea and now it is January 3, 2012, and they have not even shipped anything to me according to the "track your order" thing they have. But they sure took my 31 dollars out of my acct as soon as I ordered, and now I can't get a hold of anyone to get it back. Stay away from this site.

although they have the best prices it is very hard to tolerate the bad service. If you don't need your money and can wait for slow shipping this is the site for you.

No stars! No email response to an order that was nearly two months old! When I did finally get through via telephone (which was not easy) they told me it would be at least two more weeks but NEVER any response through their website contact! I would advise finding another source for anything you may think you can get through this company!
