The waiting time was a bit long (about a half hour); however once taken in Dr. Joerg and the medical assistant saw me quickly. Each issue I had was addressed. Appropriate treatments were readily prescribed. Both were nice and attentive.

If not for the almost 2 hr wait, it would be great!

Dr. Meryl Joerg did a great job with my first visit. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Joerg is the best! Everyone from the front office to the nurses are respectful, kind and professional. Dr. Joerg takes her time and listens while never rushing me. She is knowledgeable, professional and very passionate No matter what my worry or concern, I always feel good after each visit.

Dr. J was nice but I didn’t feel like she truly cared about my reason for scheduling an appointment. She did not even look closely at my face and I felt like she did not ask me very many questions and prescribed me the same medications that she would prescribe anyone else (not personalized).

She is a highly skilled DR my cosmetic procedures always look natural

She was very helpful and she explained and I understood what she said.

She is amazing. I had a concern and she fully listened to my situation. After taking a look at my skin she told me what was going on and what solution she had for me. She also told me about the variety of options I can choose both covered by my insurance and out-of-pocket options. She did not pressure me to choose an option I was uncomfortable with. Overall, my examination felt like a judgement-free zone and I felt very safe and transparent to talk to her about everything. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise and how she explained it to me.

As always had a great visit today with Dr. Joerg. I couldn't imagine a better doctor to do cosmetic procedure with! she's truly an expert!
