Deep Tissue Massage
I’ve had this for a week while doing PT for an ongoing knee issue. I was having a bad day, and after using this I was almost instantly able to increase my range of motion. When you get the settings right, with your eyes closed, it feels like a deep tissue massage. I know the science isn’t proven AND this certainly isn’t going to cure any ailment.

The technique uses a combination of gentle adjusting to balance the SI joints and gentle ligamentous trigger point work to reduce the tension, reduce the torsion and constraint in the uterus and allow for more room for the baby to move and better position itself.
Flexion Distraction Therapy
Cox Flexion-Distraction:Flexion/distraction manipulation decompresses the disc by applying a gentle stretch to the lower spine. This is done through a series of repetitive, slow movements. This technique does not use quick force like many other methods. It is often used for people with disc problems and to mobilize joints. A special, adjustable table, known as the Cox table, is used for this technique.
