Lincoln Limousine & Car Service

I keep see negative reviews about Lincoln Limousine, but I start believe not to trust these reviews anymore. One of my very important clients visited this week and I used Lincolnlimousine.com.

They pick up him from the JFK airport on time. We used for one night new york city tour. Then, we also went to Atlantic City. The driver was awesome. Finally, the bill I paid was also very reasonable. I strongly recommend LincolnLimousine.com.

I scheduled myself to be picked up by this service, and received a confirmation via emial saying "Hi,Your reservation is confirmed ; our driver will meet you outside .Please call 1800-728-2838 when you arrive .

So when I arrived, i called, and was told I had to wait outside (it was 22 degrees out) and he would be there in 2-3 minutes. Well when the car arrived (22 minutes later) he wasnt sure who he was picking up or where we were going. HE was contracted by this company and did not get a name or an address to take me to. The ride was fine, but when I called the company THREE times to discuss my trip back to the airport, I did not receive a call back , and was actually hung up on by the dispatch woman twice. I again called from home after the trip to discuss this with "Moe", I was told he would be in in 1 hour, then when I called back I was told he wasn't working that day. So I left yet another message...and he has yet to return my call. I did get a ride back to the airport with a recommendation from the Marriott Grand Marquis in NYC. It went smoothly, no complications.

As for this Lincoln Limosine service, do yourself a favor, go with someone else, even a NYC Taxi service is better than this company. I can only guess, and say they are a dispatch company, a third party, who contracts other vehicles. It was dissapointing to say the least, and I hope they see this on yellowpages! Maybe they will take better care of a client!
