The day before a funeral, I ordered a funeral spray from their website lexingtonflowershop.com. I received my order number and an email confirmation. Five hours later they called my house and said they won't honor the price they put on the website. Instead of $59.95, which is the price I ordered it for on their website, they said they would have to charge me at least $125. This to me is fraudulent advertising and taking advantage of people in their time of sorrow! They refused to honor the price I originally ordered it for. The night before the funeral I had to search all over again to buy a floral arrangement elsewhere in hopes that it gets to the funeral home in time. When I asked to speak to the owner he supposedly was out of town. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I have the printed order confirmation and email.

I moved from NY to Chicago 7 yrs ago. Utilized them to provide client gifts while living in NY, and still use them to take care of NY based client gifts for birthdays and various celebrations. Never fails that I get an incredibly ENTHUSIASTIC call of appreciation. Ask for the 'Nicole" or 'Espiranza' roses with the buds peeled back...be sure to speak with John (last name unknown), he'll know exactly what to do. If these don't make a fantastically unbelievable positive impact with the one you love or the client you're courting, then only diamonds will do your efforts better. To date, not a single issue with delivery or billing, consummate professionals, this is definitely a business that deserves your business!
