Food is amazing! BUT, the attitide from the staff at this place SUCK! You usually get put on hold straight from a pick up, not even can you please hold and wait for an answer or your rushed to take an order; they get annoyed when you take too long.. My office orders from this place almost everyday Mon- Fri and atleast 2 days out of the week, they either forget something in the delivery, but is correct on the bill (of course) or they make the order wrong. Today was the worst and is the reason why my office (5 people will never order again.... Forgot my salad dressing again. Salad with no dressing (not tasty) Called and Dan Ergal, the manager said ok they will bring it. Half hour later I called and he answered again and said its on its way. I asked when did they leave and he said just now. After weeks of holding my breathe I said that this happens atleast twice a week and its not fair to customers and he gets defensive, gets loud and says if you dont like it then dont order from here. He also pokes fun that I am getting upset over salad dressing, so I continuously explain that this isn't the first time this is happening. Then he makes me explain what has happened in the past as if he doesnt believe me. He is very rude and obnoxious, so I asked for the owner because I wasnt getting anywhere with him and he said there is no owner; Which is a lie and he continues to say there is no oener until I ask way too many times and he says ok I am the owner what do you want. If only he knew all I wanted was a little respect and understanding and that he should change the way the orders go out, so that the customers aren't unhappy. But he wouldnt take the criticism. He ends up hanging up on me which was the last straw. I googled the name of the owner and the only name I found was Raymond Kanfo with no possible contact information, not even an email address. This is my only way to get my experience out and maybe the oener sees this and changes the operation of that place. Until then they aren't getting my money, no way!
