I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company and its owner, Mario Carrasco. He never does things when he says he will. He's been doing a project in my building that he said would take 6 weeks. It's been 5 MONTHS and it's still not done. He does whatever he wants and never listens to concerns. And he's constantly lying about the work he's doing. I can't tell you how many times he's looked me in the eye and said he would get something finished on a given day and then never shows up, and never calls or emails. The scariest part is that he doesn't oversee what his employees are doing. They hacked down a beautiful living tree in our backyard one day when all they were there to do was dig out a dead stump in another part of the yard. Mario will never admit when he's wrong or take responsibility, which is not something you'd want from a general contractor. This company is a nightmare.
