Dr. Jazrawi was friendly, kind, and approachable. He patiently listened to my concerns and was always more than willing to answer any questions I had. Throughout every step of the process, from pre-surgery to surgery to post-surgery, he and his staff were approachable and friendly and professional. Dr. Jazwari's team demonstrated excellence in their commitment to caring for their patients and listening and addressing their concerns. Their compassion, friendliness, and professionalism put me at ease and made what was a traumatic injury a much better experience.

Barely any waiting time, all the doctors were very nice and helpful. They gave me an accurate diagnostic and answered all my questions. Absolute perfect service.

Dr. Jazwari was so nice on our first meeting. He listened to my issue and assured me that all would be OK after he diagnosed my complete Achilles rupture. He made me feel comfortable about the need for surgery, and I walked out feeling that I would be in the absolute best hands. I was right! The day of surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. Dr. Jazwari's team was very attentive; they answered all of my questions; and one very nice nurse even comforted me through my anxiety in the OR. I didn't spend much pre-op time with Dr. Jazwari on the day of the surgery or during my follow up--but I didn't expect to--NYU has a team of dedicated and capable experts, who assured me that I made the right choice!

The office was extremely professional. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were very understanding Operation day went smoothly and I felt cared for and treated as an individual not one cattle among many. Overall great experience in post-op care.
