RUN RUN RUN from this place. I have never met broker (Edward) that was so unprofessional and rude to the clients. The whole process was a nightmare, I had to rent apt from him cause I didn't have time to change my mind since my moving out day was so close but I would never come back to this place. When I view the apt I was promised one thing that it was changed like 1000times, then when I got the documents there were NO PET police which no one told me before, and since I have a cat I started to back out but he offer me "to get rid of my cat cause it's such a great apt deal and he already did so much for me to get it". WHAT????? I was extremely mad. Then he gave me the key from the place on my moving date, but guess what apt was not ready yet, and he didn't even think to call in advance and check it. And finally on the date when apt WAS ready he promised me he will go by himself to landlord and pick up the key for me first thing in the morning. My movers and I was waiting from 10am till 3pm!!!!! When he finally had a chance to do it(his office and the apt are block away) but not only that he was extremely rude to me and said to get out from his office cause he was too tired to listen my complain how long it took. WTF??? REALLY??? So NEVER EVER USE this brokers, you will pay a lot of money and it will be the worst experience ever!!!

These guys have been around a while, and I have rented two apartments from them over the past few years. They have an exclusive at 160 Bleecker, and so this is how I found them. I've never had a problem with them, and Brian and Julie have been very helpful.

KVNY was good and patient, letting me take the time I needed to go through their list and find a living space that I could be comfortable with in a couple of years. With KVNY’s help and support, I was able to purchase and now live in my apartment in the Meat Packing District.

There are great agents and people at KVNY. I needed help finding a place on the LES and they were great. I got some listings within my budget quickly and was into my new apartment after only a few weeks of discussion with KVNY. I highly recommend KVNY.
