Provided by DexKnowsFRAUD! Takes your money then provides no service. All phone numbers fail to connect. Icons fail to connect. Internet contact promises return calls. DOES NOT HAPPEN! File a complaint with your Attorney General, I am in Washington State. This review deserves no "stars" but could not be posted without at least one star.

Provided by SuperpagesI was working for my school project for which I needed bulk print copies when my printer goes haywire! It stopped working and showing problems that I could not figure out. Whatever the printer problem was, it took on my serves, until I called IYogi. I was not sure whether the issue was with printer or my computer and I didnt know anyone in Houston, TX who could address all these problems. iYogi technicians have good knowledge in all problems related to computer, printer as well as other peripherals. I wish they could have come a little earlier 48 hours is too long! Guys please work on this.
These people are the biggest scammers of all times. Very unprofessional and they're more concerned with selling their services rather than fixing computer issues. I called them yesterday because I was having trouble with my printer. They charged me 179.99$ saying the viruses on my PC had corrupted my printer drivers. However, upon taking money the technician told me that I should buy new ink cartridges as the old ones were out of ink and their virus scan couldn't find a single infection on my new HP laptop. Very, very Unprofessional!!!
All your technicians are top notch professionals with great customer service skills!!!!!I just renewed my subscription with iYogi for another year. Thanks a lot for what you do!!!
