Cardinal Kitchens & Baths

Cardinal recently redid my moms kitchen from her old 1950s style and she absolutely loves it! I am so glad that we choose Cardinal!

The positive reviews are all smoke and mirrors. These guys are skilled snakeoil salesman. Wish they would put more time into their craftsmanship as they do into their showroom and misleading sales pitch. The quality of their work is terrible and their customer service matches their shoddy work. At least Ikea can use a tape measure.

Keep away from this place. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. I put in a custom made kitchen thinking it would be worth the splurge but life would have been better with an Ikea kitchen. The cabinets are all ill-fitting and the paint is already peeling. They destroyed the rest of my apartment as they cut the cabinets to size INSIDE my apartment. The job was left unpolished and unfinished so i had to get a general contractor to fix the details. It was sickening to know I spent all that money and it will have to be redone within 5 years. The inside shelves were scratched, the drawers arent correctly fitted, the outside attachments are all full of seams and all the top cabinets are hung so low I cannot fit a blender on the counter. I should have listened to S.G. review below instead of believing these other reviews which were definitely written by family members. I was conned just because they have a nice showroom.

I have no idea how this business still exists or where any of these reviews come from. Maybe in 2012 this business was different and they cared,, but it is 2014 and this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Bill Jr. promises one thing and never delivers. They installed the wrong kitchen, the carpentry work was abysmal (doors slanted / doors misaligned) and the worst part - they still haven't fixed any of it. It has been over 2 weeks, and the installation isn't even done. You want to make a huge mistake and suffer the consequences, select Cardinal Kitchen. I don't want anyone to suffer the same experience as I did. Unbelievably horrible experience.

Cardinal kitchen and bath are incredibly a professional company that I need to refer to any one, I without one hesitation would hire them again!

I got Cardinal kitchen and bath to do a new alteration to my kitchen after hiring them previously once again the kitchen was great after done with and so was the material. They are a great company to do contracts with I will recommend them to anyone.

I am sure now that I made the right choice to hire cardinal kitchen for my parents’ house, the staff that did our kitchen at my mother’s home did a wonderful job. The workers and managers where easy to get along with and very respectful. I really liked how there where unexpected challenges that came up but where handled in a prompt and professional matter. We love our kitchen and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
