EXTREMEMLY SNEAKY Slipping in services without asking client then Charging them for it.
NEVER AGAIN!!

Bad service, sneaky prices and rude staff. Do not go to this Salon. This had to be the WORST experience I have ever had a salon. Avoid this salon at all costs literally because they will charge you for services they do not provide AND I had to get my hair re-cut after this experience.



So here goes... I started by seeing a likebooker offer which I called the salon directly to book. I got the winter refresh package with Diane for $160 which included a highlights, a cut, blow dry, and deep conditioning treatment. I confirmed that this was the price on the phone with the receptionist before I came in and with Diane before she started my treatments.



Diane was AWFUL. She ate lunch while I was processing and literally burped in my face when she had finished. She skipped the conditioning treatment all together and the cut she gave me was awful. I put my hair up when I left the salon and booked another salon the next day.



The worst part came when I went to pay. As I walked to the register Diane was mouthing the price to the receptionist which I thought was weird since I had asked for the life booker special for $160. The receptionist told me the price was $240!!!!! When i complained and brought up the Lifebooker price they randomly lowered the charge to $209!!! At that point I realized they were just making up prices and left the salon.
