Excellent shop, with excellent service!

I have had my pooch groomed by Vicki. EXCELLENT!! The shop has a great, welcoming set up, and a clean little grooming shop downstairs.

Overall
Grooming Nightmare

I had my new puppy groomed two weeks ago at Bark Place. I think what they do is get random people, who even knows if they are licensed groomers, in the neighborhood and your dog goes home with them and then they bring them back to the store. I was not happy with the way she did my puppy's face and I took her back a week ago only to find out that no groomers were in for the entire weekend. I brought her back today with an appointment for what they called a cleanup and what I considered a correction. They wanted to charge me $20 on top of the $80 I already spent for the groom. I walked out letting them know they lost my business. Lets see a puppy could live for 15 years that would be 6-8 grooms a year @ $80 X 15 years = $7,200 plus I am sure I would have purchased other products from their store. Not very smart business people. They would rather not lose $20 but lost a potential $7,200.
