        I worked with Danielle for 6 m...

        I worked with Danielle for 6 months to clean up my eating and improve my health. She guided me step by step, counseling me long distance in weekly phone sessions and providing reading and discussion materials, as well as sending along packages periodically with health food store items to make the recipes that went along with her program. She was caring, attentive, and responsive. Together we discovered some food sensitivities I didn't know I had, improved my overall health--I had gotten some borderline high triglyceride results and high normal cholesterol results and these numbers went down significantly--and in the process I lost 13 lbs that I have kept off. Working with her gave me the confidence to start exercising regularly, and empowered me to take charge of my stress. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend her
