My father went and needs a bit of help so my brother had to help fill out the paper work. NOT ONLY did Maria Luz Omaro Quireza snatch the papers out of my brother's hand, she had the AUDACITY to say "all you Hispanics always wait till the last minute, now he has cataracts." SERIOUSLY? then she complains openly about smelly people? This is completely unprofessional. How DARE you treat my brother and father like that?! Her Bedside manner is abysmal to say the least.
