        Their procedure is of the most honest of repair shops I have been to . And they do a really great job. I agreed to give them a recommendation as they recovered my files so quickly and literally saved my life and job. And Moses reassured me right away. He knew I was stressed but he stayed calm and reassuring. He kept saying: "no worries I got this". And he actually did.

        This is what I call a small and new company with amazing potential. They really know how to make the customer satisfied. They reassured me right away that they will repair the laptop within the same day. 2hrs later, they called me to tell me that my computer was ready for pick up. The computer has not been acting up since.

        Small company and small office. They know how to repair computers and phones really well. The service quality is excellent. They really believe in representing the customer's interest.

        I was so upset. I left my earphones tucked between my laptop's monitor and keyboard and forgot about it. When I came back for my laptop I had put heavy books and top of it and heard something crack. When I checked I saw my LCD screen broken into a pattern resembling E.T. I brought my laptop here because it was closest to my campus. The LCD screen got replace and my laptop is working again. I paid a pretty good price and I also got a student discount.
