        Professionalism

        The owner is dishonest. He regularly overcharges his customers and does not keep accurate records. When confronted with billing errors, he blows you off and refuses to correct the problem. Stay away from him. He's more trouble than he's worth. I would rate his professionalism at zero but that's not an available option.
