Found issues with tractor that should have been addressed during dealer prep. When inquiring they would not fix issues unless I paid for transport of the machine to the dealership. Tractor should not have been delivered unless prepped properly and I should not be required to transport at my expense for their lack of attention. They stopped responding to my emails and did not respond to my subsequent letter. Very poor customer service. On their site they claim "We Form Long-Lasting Business Relationships with Our Customers". I've never seen a business kill a business relationship faster than these guys.
