I would not recommend using there services, the person that answers the phones is very very rude and unprofessional. They need customer service training to learn how to talk to customers. Will never again use their services and I just want to help prevent others from a major headache.

I have been a customer for over 13 years. they think about us their customers all the time . one holiday last year I thought that we would not be having a pickup so we didn't put out the trash cans and the next morning I noticed that the can was at the curb and empty the guys had gone into our side yard and took the can to dump that was a great surprise if you want a good company that doesn't fee you to the hilt then you need to come to this company .

I have to let everyone know that I have the best trash men ever. Last week it was raining and I went out to get our paper. When I opened the garage door it was sitting outside the door. Matt and Steve picked up our paper and brought it up to the house when they brought our trash can up. I look around our neighborhood and our trash company is the only company that brings up the trash can to the side of the house. Even our neighbors have commented on it. Matt and Steve you do a wonderful job.

I started using Delaware Sanitation a few years ago and think they offer good service at good prices and are definitely a good, local, small company to support. I give their name to all my clients (tenants) from work and believe they will give you better service than a large company

Management acts as juveniles. Stopped service without notice. Contacted Female who would not discuss problem but kept yelling and talking over you. Would not try to fine a solution

I used this service before also and found it lacking. After two holiday weeks of no pickup I was told that I didn't have my trash out on time--except it was placed out there the night before! When I spoke with the manager, she was very unprofessional and rude and wouldn't even acknowledge that it was a possibility that services was not provided as it should have been, no apology, no explanation, nothing! Would not recommend to anyone~!!~~!!

Excellent, reliable locally-owned business. Great service for a nice price. What I like best about them is that the workers actually take the time to place my garbage can up next to the house on very windy or rainy days. Just this morning, I looked out and saw that my garbage can had blown over and the lid to it was four houses up and across the street. As I was getting dressed to go retrieve the lid, the garbage was collected. When I came out, my trash can, as well as it's lid were neatly placed next to the house. Now that's going the extra mile!

When I relocated in Wilmington from the City of Wilmington, I contacted all of the major companies and never received a call back. With Delaware Sanitation, a very nice woman answered all of my questions. For the price and great service, we signed up. They even put us on their route and started to collect our trash the next week. They dropped off our new can the next day. Great company, give them a call.
