Everyday Medical Center

Worst EVER!!!! I went there for blood work because of a contagious bacteria i was concerned i may have contracted from a family member. I should have known better when i read the signs posted all over the office with misspellings and improper grammar but someone had recommended the facility so i tried it anyway. After paying 175.00 (more than what a private doctor would have charged a self pay patient) i expected to at least receive a phone call letting me know my results were in. Nope. So i call 2 months later, a little peeved, and when i asked the receptionist/medical assistant Melissa about my results she indicated that I had to come in and get them and that they don't give results over the phone (they charge you again just to come in and get your results). So i asked her "well did you guys even bother to call me and tell me my results were in?" to which she responded "Excuse me?" with a ghetto attitude no less! She then placed me on hold which i later found out when i called back and the phone rang and rang about 12 times before someone answered the phone for me. This time it was Allandra who indicated she was not the original person who answered the phone but trust me Allandra's attitude came out just as much. I told them i have every right to be upset about not hearing anything for 2 months from anyone. Melissa then grabbed the phone from Allandra and said she put me on hold. I told her that's UNPROFESSIONAL to just place someone on hold without saying anything especially when it's a customer/patient who is upset with your service as it is and when i asked for her name she came right back at me with an attitude and asked "What is your name" to which i responded it's pointless to even give it because it's obvious neither of you are willing to help. This is what happens when you pay unintelligent people with a ghetto mentality minimum wage to handle your healthcare needs. DON'T GO!!!!!!!!! I'd rather go and spend my money elsewhere and get new blood work then go there and deal with that crap.

This place is so ghetto. You would not think being on the main strip by west farms mall. Both of my visits were inaccurate and lengthy. The last visit I needed the results of my blood test and had to wait over an hour. It's ghetto, so I guess being on time for work doesn't occur to these people.

I needed a physical done for school so I made an appointment so I would not have to be here for hours, well 2hrs later and I'm still waiting to get out of here.

The Dr. is awesome, very helpful & understanding.
