Dental Dreams

Unlike the other reviews,which im assuming are from people who already had issues i had quite a pleasant experience with Dental dreams. I went in for a consultation for dentures. The staff made me feel very comfortable about my visit. As did the attending nurse and Dr Zhao. She checked everything made an assessment then let me know she felt it better to save some teeth and only do a partial denture. After a quick extraction i was given extra gauze for the area and given several choices as for follow ups. Clean and professional service without judgement. I would definately recommend this business to others along with the advice that online negative reviews does not make a terrible practice.Judge for yourself.

Started drilling on a tooth with no Novacaine and without my permission. It also doesn't help that they're so ignorant to even give a flying crap whether you're in pain or not.

And they need to work on there thick accents!

I have been going their for almost 4 years and the service is getting worse. Went in today with an infected extraction site only to be told that it was probably food! When I had to tell her that I squeezed the puss out she told me that I was wrong. Told me Im fine and I do not need antibotics. I flipped out and told the office manager that I will NEVER be back and to never call me again! NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!!
