Yellow Taxi

I am extremely disappointed with the service of this cab company! When men that answer the phone rudely after I call and inform them I left my cc card in one of their cabs a few minutes ago, he was such a jerk and didn't do anything to help me try and get it back. He knew I was over at the airport so of course, why care at all, right? Thinking I wasn't a local. Well, sir, you are an a**hole if I ever did meet one. Thank you for nothing, and thank you reminding me why I NEVER call yellow cab again. I just want to mention here that I have never had such poor customer service with any other company as bad as I just did tonight with the man who answered the phone. His answer to me after I told him I left my card.."yeah, she went home, can't do anything for you." After I asked him to get a hold of her for me, politely, and told me no! He basically told me I was SOL. "Ya snooze ya loose" kind of deal. Bunch of sloppy workers.

Sept 7th 2012, my mom and I got off the Oosterdam in Ketchikan,Alaska. We kind of knew of some places we wanted to go and there was one thing that I really wanted and Ketchikan was the last stop so if I didnt get a bottle of Tuuli Peak here then I would never be able to get it. The Cab Driver, whom I wish I had gotten his name, was so informative about Ketchikan even telling us about when the bears came out and how he helped take care of a baby "blu" whale...he drove us to the Totum Pole state park where we asked if he would come back and pick us up in about an hour and half..he was prompt and so helpful to me with my mom who is up in age and needed alot of help getting inandout of the vehicle (he was driving a mini van). I asked him about the Truuli Peak and he got on his cell phone and really went out of his way to help us find a store that was carrying it... in fact this driver went out of his way to really help me with my mom... I got the bottle of Truuli Peak and we made it back to the ship after he dropped us at Tongass Trading..

My mom and I loved Ketchikan and we loved this Driver... when we return here in a couple of years I pray he is our driver again.. we tipped him nicely but for me, I felt no amount of money could thank this man enough for all his help and making Ketchikan the most memorable place in Alaska we went to. Looking forward to returning and I want the SAME DRIVER!!!
