        They DO NOT protect their customers!!

        Auto claim (June 2019): They believe it’s okay to be a reckless driver instead a safe driver! So if you’re the kind of driver that talks on the phone up to your ear, cuts across parking lots and hits vehicles that are exiting parking spots, this is your insurance company!

        House claim: Did a claim with them a year prior after a bad hail & wind storm. Due to the age of my house roof, they refused to replace it, because it’s with a few years of the estimated time of how long a roof is good for.

        After all this, I’m done dealing with USAA, whom is NOT willing to be there for their customers!!
