United is definitely not the company they use to be. Their prices are now through the roof and they try to "upsell" equipment & parts. I had a situation that involved several callbacks, the poor tech tried everything he knew to repair my 6 yr old furnace, then they sent out a so-called service manager who was not only a joke but a smart-as*! I am done with United. They are driven by greed.
United Heating and Cooling service technician was so kind and knowledgeable. I work in customer service for a local company and usually expect good service and definitely received it with United!
