Star Towing

This company towed my car from a VISITOR spot in a garage parking building, and then tacked on a bunch of unauthorized fees such as a fee to use a Visa (which is in violation of their contract with Visa). When I picked up my vehicle it looked as if a mud storm must have came through that the as it was everywhere on the vehicle. Their information was not posted anywhere as an authorized towing company either.

This bunch showed up at my apartment complex and STOLE my car right out of my assigned parking spot. They claim the tag on the window doesn't mean anything. Out of all the cars in the complex, they stole mine. None of the other cars with the SAME tag were towed, just mine.



When I called and said there was some kind of mistake, I got "not my problem, have a nice day." click.



Never use these people.

IN THE TIME I WORKED FOR ALLSTAR TOWING AT 2703 CARTWRIGHT DALLAS,TEXAS I WAS CHARGED $100.00 FOR MY STATE REQUIRED DISPATCHERS LICENSE WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED DUE TO A FAILURE BY SUPERVISOR "CLINT" TO DO REQUIRED PAPERWORK MY PAYCHECK WAS SHORTED $100-00 BY THE OWNER MICHAEL WHO INSISTED I WOULD RECEIVE THE LICENSE I PAID FOR BUT NEVER DID. THIS COMPANY REPEATEDLY BROKE THE LAW-NUMEROUS LAWS WHILE I WAS EMPLOYEDD THERE AND THAT IS WHY I FINALLY QUIT.THEIR DRIVERS LIE TO COVER FOR THEIR DAMAGES TO YOUR PROPERTY AND THEY ARE IN THE HABIT OF TOWING FROM PROPERTIES THEY HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH TO TOW FROM,YET STILL CHARGE THE VEHICLES OWNER.THEY OVER CHARGE CUSTOMERS AND HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST AND UNEDUCATED DRIVERS OF ALL 15 TOWING COMPANIES I HAVE BEEN EMPLOYEDD BY IN THE OVER 20YRS I HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS OF TOWING.IF YOU WERE TOWED BY THIS COMPANY AND REQUIRED TO DO AN "AFFADAVIT" WHICH YOU WERE CHARGED $10.00 FOR THERE IS A 99% CHANCE YOU WERE RIPPED OFF AS THERE IS NO LEGAL NOTARY ON DUTY THERE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE BY LAW 3/4THS OF THE TIME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
