I paid upfront for exterior and interior. Unfortunately due to my health wasn’t able to get my interior done yet. At the time the company took my money and stated no problem call when you’re ready to reschedule. I called to reschedule and then I was told it’s been too long and ask me to pay again. I said no and I was not told that information previous. Very unhappy with the company. Beware💯
Called this company about a home inspection and they very polity told me that they would not be able to help, but they did refer me to a very capable inspector that could do what was needed.

Provided by SuperpagesWhat a great experience. We called the company after I called another company and felt that they were going to charge to much. I felt that Assassin's price with reasonable and when they came out they gave options for our squirrel problem. After they left I looked at the card and realized that the president of the company serviced us and my husband and I felt like he was a stand up guy... honest and didn't try to get as much money out of us as he could. We will be switching over to this company for our routine pest treatments when our current contract runs out.

Provided by SuperpagesThe pest control service was ok. We still experienced occasional pests. However, check your contract twice before signing. We sold our home before the end of the contract and were held responsible for the remainder of the treatments even though we moved out of state. I wouldn't sign a contract with Romney without redlining a bit of their contract language.

Just wanted to say that this is by far one of my favorite companies to work with. Always on time and within my budget for pest service. I manage properties and this company does an excellent job of keeping the pests away. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

This comapny has outstanding service for the price. My technician was very professional and on time for my appointment. Got rid of my problems the same day. I will always use them.
I called and set up an appointment to get my house sprayed before a huge weekend with a lot of guests. The appointment was for Wed. at 3:30pm, I was contacted at 2:30 on Wed. saying that they were trying to confirm an appointment later on in the week. I wasn't available for the remainder of the week. I had taken off work just to meet the exterminator. The lady that I talked to said sorry I don't have any techs that could come to your residents today. That isn't any way to run a company...

In response of this review..Not sure of the confusion This customer is not in our database. However Pest Management is one of the few companies that still offer full service and set times. Not just time windows. With that in mind we do not always have open time slots for the same day. We are commited to quality and service. We have over 10,000 satisfied customers.
