This company takes advantage of everyone.They charge for services that they do not provide. I would strongly advise you ask for an itemized bill and then look at what they are charging for The car was towed after an accident to Walden. The posted hours are 9:00 a.m. no one came there till after 10:30. And several calls when I had another tow truck waiting there also to transport the vehicle out of there. a man showed up around 10:30 and told me that the people were inside they just locked themselves in? And he unlocked & we went up to an office to find a lady inside. prior every time we called even the Walden number we reached and off-site location. We were treated very rudely. we brought cash to pay an insane amount for a tow that was only a few miles. Close to $1,300. We reminded them that no one on their end was available throughout the entire weekend to allow us access to get the car out of their storage yard. Yet they charged us for those two days of storage. They also itemized on the bill a fee of another $200 for clean up of the site of the accident. That never occurred. all their driver did was load our vehicle on his flatbed and drive away not even 2 miles down the road to their yard. I did argue the point of the charge for a service which never occurred. After several calls someone showed up finally.then when we went to pay We were told she could not accept it because they had no change to give us. So I had to leave the business and drive to another business to get change for an office who runs a very poor and dishonest operation. These people were ill prepared and unable to answer questions as to why the fees were what they were, upon each call we were treated very rudely when trying to figure out what was going on,. Also note we tried to pay this fee online and were told that paperwork needed to be emailed to us and then print it..fax it back signed to them and that we would be charged another fee of close to $100 for paying it online.
