I was a little hesitant to call this company, but Im glad I did. They were professional, on time and did a great job cleaning my condo. I requested the home cleaning service and i must admit that i was completely satisfied with the job that was done. The employees exhibited proper etiquette while in my residence in attempt of completing the task. Therefore, i highly recommend the company to anyone who is in need of a home cleaning service.
Yikes, run fast. I bought the Living Social deal and called the number provided, which directs you to another website which directs you to another cell phone number. Oy-do you think they're interested in doing business? I left a voice mail and sent an email about setting up a time to get my house cleaned and never heard back. I called a week later and the number provided was disconnected! I did eventually get a refund from LS.
If there was a rating of less than 1 star, I would give it to this company. I purchased 2 vouchers from livingsocial, which is 4 hours of cleaning. I emailed them right away, since at that time, it was the only way I could find that I could contact them, and they did get back to me quickly and we setup an appt for a 4 hour time slot on a Friday. So I took off of work and did a little precleaning, and sat and waited and waited and waited and waited, and they never showed and never called to say they wouldn't be showing. I called and left them a message and emailed them, and they haven't called me back or emailed me back at all, and this was 3 weeks ago. I'm so dissatisfied with this company, I don't know how they'd stay in business. Thankfully, livingsocial does refunds...
Failed to show up 3 times:
Requested cleaning services from One Stop. They no-showed 3 consecutive times, with appointments confirmed in writing. Response from company was unacceptable, blaming us (client) for each no show. Would recommend choosing ANYONE else.
Overall this company was great, 2 workers came on time and completed everything in less than 2 hours. If you want a great clean then I recommend this company!
