I must say this company is very professional and the technician friendly and exhibits good client orientation. I had a problem with my refrigerator and I had alot problem getting a reliable company. The first company gave me an appointment but did not turn up, and did not call to say they are cancelling. So I was apprehensive after that experience. Jo-ab after calling them the customer service rep was very polite and professional. At the appointed time the technician gave my a courtesy call, on arrival upon assessing the job he ran me thru all the options I had and thoroughly explained the options. I made my decision as to what option of repair and in the end I was satisfied. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs repair work done to their appliance.

In the past I had a couple of negative experiences with other appliance repair companies in Queens, such as missed service appointments and inaccurate estimates but JOAB Appliance Service arrived on time and provided honest evaluation and fair estimate. They are very responsive with excellent customer service, so I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have appliance repair work done. Thank you JOAB Service.

There service is off the hook!! I had a problem in my fridge and I was afraid that all my food will spoil over the night. I called JO-AB Appliance Service and I told them it was a emergency. Even though it was almost midnight, they still came. They explained everything throughly, fixed everything, add new parts for free, plus the guy that came "Carlos" was one of the nicest person I ever met. If I ever need help, I'm calling them.

I praise joab appliance service for coming on time and fixing my washer/dryer combo. I was also very pleased with the price i was charged for service. 5 stars!
