        Overall

        This service is the worst. $11 to go two miles. The drivers take the longest route to eek out as much mileage as possible. I'm never using a taxi again. I'd rather walk to two miles in subzero temps.

        One Star Is Generous

        We were told to wait and there will be a cab in downtown grand forks shortly for us. We waited over 30 minutes and saw 2 cabs the entire time, neither of which picked us up. If you plan on enjoying downtown grand forks, I'd suggest making plans before you head out for a night on the town, because this company is a complete joke
