Dr.Tankless

Our tankless water heater stopped heating water in the late evening and I called Dr.Tankless the following morning. He fit me into his schedule that same day and the repair was completed within five minutes (the igniter was damaged). Ruben charged $125 for the service call (I knew that in advance) and $25 for the new igniter. Ruben was professional and cheerful (he had to move several boxes and a giant rolling rack to access the water heater and he did it without complaint). Thank you Dr.Tankless for a job well done.

I had a numerous amount of quotes for a tankless water heater install and of all the plumbing companies that came to my house only Ruben of Dr. Tankless was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and gave me a no BS estimate. He showed a few days later and did exactly what he said he was going to do(these days that's amazing) he went above and beyond my expectations. I could have gone with a big company to install my tankless water heater but all of their reps came and none of them had half the professionalism and knowledge that Ruben had and none of them would have done a better job, I'm extremely happy with the install and a new fan of Dr.Tankless.

Thanks to the other great reviews, we went with Dr.Tankless when our Noritz water heater sprang a leak - and we're so happy we did! Ruben responded to our call quickly ON THE WEEKEND and promptly scheduled a time to come by. He helped us utilize our warranty to order parts, which a lot of service people don't bother to do. He picked up the parts the very same day and then fixed the water heater and tested it. Ruben confirmed everything worked properly at our place. The whole process took 3 hours and we're back to having hot water!! THANK YOU, Ruben! We definitely recommend using him if your tankless water heater has any issues!

I had a big problem in Santa Ana this morning...no hot water and meetings to attend in the afternoon. My original plumber has proven to be clueless so I called Noritz and got a clue as to what the problem was and saw I didn't have the skill set to fix it. I called Dr. Tankless, they were with another client and asked if they could call back in 5 minutes...they called back in 4. To shorten this saga they said they'd be here at 12 noon to fix the unit and suggested an addition so the problem wouldn't re-occur.
