        I called and talked to someone on Friday after the 4th of July to get a guesstimate on measuring and installing a custom mirror. The gentleman was very helpful. So when I hung up the phone I talked to my husband about his quote. We decided to call back to schedule an appointment. No one answered the phone so I left a message and my phone #.

        On Monday no one called me back, so on Tuesday I called again. The same gentelman answered the phone, I told him my name, he said I was going to call you this afternoon. So I scheduled an appointment for Monday the folling week to have someone come and measure for the mirror. He said great someone would be there between 9-12am.



        Well on Monday someone waiting at my home called at 11:30am with no one has shown up. I call to check on the schedule, I then was told that we don't work in the rain. I explained that this was measuring in a inside bathroom. Again he said we don't work in the rain and was waiting for 1:00pm to see if it was going to stop raining. Well I said that I would need to reschedule my appointment. His response was I understand and hung up on me.

        Replacement of double-paned glass in 8 windows averaging 36" x 36". Called and Steve came out to measure the windows and give a quote. It was very reasonable and I decided to have him do the work. He talked me out of replacing windows that were still working. He ordered the windows and gave me the time line for work completion (a week). He called in the stated time and set up an appointment to do the install. He was on time, and most of the job was finished within an hour, except one window in which the frame had shifted out of square due to house settling. He refused to force the window in the pane and ordered a smaller size. He was back 2 days later and completed the job with the smaller size pane. I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He did not charge more for the extra visit to install the corrected window. All in all it was a very pleasant, comfortable experience and I would use him again!

        iUpon arriving home on Friday 12/10, we noticed the glass in the patio door was shattered. Since it wasn't an emergency, we knew we could wait until Monday to call a glass repair company. As usual, I checked Verizon Superpages. I called Dallas Glass & Mirror Monday morning, 12/13. Steve was at my house within a couple of hours to measure the glass. We agreed that he would return on Tues or Wed to replace the glass. He called Tuesday morning before 10:00 and said he would arrive between 11:00 and 12:00. He arrived early and was finished within about 30 minutes. The door has an ODL (enclosed blind) on it. He took it off and reinstalled it after replacing the glass. He cleaned the patio where the door is located (it was cleaner after he left then we he arrived!). Steve was prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I am very impressed with Steve and Dallas Glass & Mirror and highly recommend the company. Don't hesitate to call Dallas Glass & Mirror if you need glass repair.

        Dallas Glass & Mirror installed a frameless shower enclosure in our newly remodeled master bath. They were wonderful to work with and was extrmely accomadating to our schedule. Thank you so much for doing such wonderful work. Could not have been better to work with. I have 2 other bathrooms that will get glass doors and will only use Dallas Glass from now on.

        Stephen came out to my house and looked at a broken window. He was very professinal and answered all my question. He told the glass would be ready in a week and sure enough he was right. the price and the workmanship was spectacular.
